How to have your 'healthy' cake and eat it

If you are serious about your health or weight loss, why not get in the kitchen this and rustle up some delicious and nutritious sweet potato brownies. A great way to sneak veg into a pudding. These delicius treats have no added sugar, free from grains, gluten and dairy and are high in vitamin A, C and fibre!

Ingredients

1 Medium Sweet Potato

1/2 Cup of Ground Almonds

1/2 Cup of Coconut Flour

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 Scoop of Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder (we recommend www.jaclyndunne.arbonne.com)

2 Scoops of Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder (we recommend www.jaclyndunne.arbonne.com)

1 Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt

1 tsp of Baking Powder 

1/4 Cup of Cacao Powder

2 Organic Eggs

 

Method

Peel, Chop and Steam the Sweet Potato. 

Mix all other ingredients together before adding cooked and pureed sweet potato.

Mix well before transfering to muffin tin.

Cook for 25 minutes in oven on heat 350/180.
