In this short video series I have created exercises that with pieces of equipment that you can easily fit in your suitcase that wont take up any valuable space and that you can use to train in your room.
Resistant Bands: 30 seconds of each exercise, rest for 30 seconds and repeat 4-6 times
Skipping: 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds recovery. 10/20 or 30 minutes
Small Resistant Bands: 45 seconds of each exercise, rest for 30 seconds and repeat 6-8 times
TRX: 45 seconds of each exercise, rest for 15 seconds and repeat 4-6 times
Most hotel gyms aren’t particularly well equipped.
Therefore taking a small item with you will enable you do something rather than nothing.
Even if you aren’t an avid fitness enthusiast but feel guilty for over indulging day in day out. I would encourage you just to go for a walk, move a little.
