Clients are often concerned that they have been pretty much on top of their nutrition and training hard but concerned if they go away will they undo all of their hard work?
 
In essence, no you won't. You may put on a few pounds, feel a little softer but it won't take that much time to get back on track. 
 
I have created some videos to give those who wanted some inspiration if they wanted to work out. In this short video series I have created exercises that with pieces of equipment  that you can easily fit in your suitcase that won't take up any valuable suitcase room.

Resistant Bands: 30 seconds of each exercise, rest for 30 seconds and repeat 4-6 times
 
Skipping: 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds recovery. 10/20 or 30 minutes 
 
Small Resistant Bands: 45 seconds of each exercise, rest for 30 seconds and repeat 6-8 times
 
TRX: 45 seconds of each exercise, rest for 15 seconds and repeat 4-6 times

Most hotel gyms aren’t particularly well equipped.
Therefore taking a small item with you will enable you do something rather than nothing.

 

Even if you aren’t an avid fitness enthusiast but feel guilty for over indulging day in day out. I would encourage you just to go for a walk, move a little.
