Pancakes: 2 scoops of vegan protein powder (we recommend arbonne), 1 egg and 1 dash of almond milk
Chocolate Spread: 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (we recommend arbonne), 1 teaspoon of almond butter and a dash of almond milk
